Just a short note to say how pleased we were with the way you fixed our fridge freezer yesterday. Not
only did you come out on the day we contacted you (the day before a bank holiday weekend!) but you immediately diagnosed
what the problem was, ordered the parts to be couriered down the next working day and left us with at least the freezer working.
Then, when the parts arrived on time, you contacted us, came round the same day and finished the job. The whole thing
was so quick and painless that we can’t thank you enough. We would certainly recommend you to anyone.

contacting Ian he made an appointment the next day to look at a faulty basin tap. For the replacement he suggested visiting
a local supplier's website. After selecting a new tap online I just emailed him the reference number. He brought
the newly purchased tap over later that afternoon, and fitted it a lot more professionally than the previous plumber had.
I paid by credit card on his wireless gizmo - the first time I've ever paid a tradesperson in this fashion! An excellent
